In this 8-week program, we’ll work together to uncover what your goals are, what fears, behaviors, and false beliefs have been holding you back, and develop a plan to create positive habit change.
We will explore calm breathing and visualization techniques along with solid public speaking skills. I will provide you with creative action steps, information, techniques, and inspiration to assist you in moving forward in small, manageable steps.

We’ll discover what to eat for your unique body type and find out what foods give you energy and which foods take away energy.
I’ll provide you with creative action steps, information, and inspiration to assist you in moving forward in manageable steps. We’ll get crystal clear on a step by step plan to create habit change and transformation in 90 days or less.
I will support you and encourage you with compassion and keep you accountable in the process by giving you a gentle ‘kick in the butt’ when you’re feeling stuck!
By the end of the 90 days, you will have different rituals, different habits and will have turned these healthy habits into behaviors that last.

They say you are what you eat, but sometimes you are suffering because of what you eat. In this exploration we’ll get clear on what you are currently putting into your body and how you are feeling when you consume certain foods or types of foods.
Do you get bloated after eating?
Do you tend to gain weight easily especially in your belly?
Do you have extra pounds that won’t come off with diet and exercise?
Do you have headaches more than occasionally?
Do you frequently belch or feel gassy or gurgling in your belly?
Do you tend to feel lethargic during the day?
